Chalk Mountain Services of Texas, is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide administrative support in our Driver Recruiting office located in Mansfield, TX.
The ideal candidate must have solid organizational skills and should be able to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
The schedule is Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM. We pay time and a half after 40 hours for overtime.

Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, after 90 days.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Processing verification of previous employment on new applicants
· Working with driver recruiters
· Data Entry, Phones,and Scanning Documents
· Working on special projects as needed
· Assist new applicants via phone as needed
· 1-2 years of administrative experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly Word, Excel, & Outlook
· Tenstreet a plus but not required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment
· Possess a positive attitude
· Adaptable to change
· Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
· Good at problem-solving
· Ability to follow established protocol for systems and process in place
· Extremely detail oriented regarding paperwork produced
· Bi-lingual a plus but not required

High school diploma or GED, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong time management skills, the ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment,problem solving skills, and the ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Ability to read and interpret general office documents, correspondence and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence, strong written and verbal communication skills. All documents are written and communicated in English.
Ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions, define and solve problems, respond to rapidly changing circumstances, problem solving skills.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
